Job Description

Responsibilities:

The main role to help us develop and improve existing marketing inbound and outbound strategies on website and marketplaces (mainly Amazon and Website). Improve marketing strategies in customer acquisition through Paid Advertising (Google Adwords, FB, IG, Amazon PPC), Social Media, Influencer marketing. Improve existing marketing strategies in customer retention (Email marketing, Loyalty Program, Referral Program, Social Media).


1. E-commerce

• Monitor, maintain, follow up various online sales channels including websites, marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress etc. 
• Formulate, execute and refine e-commerce strategies including product assortment selection, digital marketing and advertising activities to drive sales and revenue
• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business and product awareness for other online platform through self-owned platforms as well as online channels

2. Digital Marketing

• Manage our digital marketing projects and social media platforms
• Monitor SEO/SEM performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate
• Manage Google Ad-words campaigns by setting relevant keywords and optimizing ads regularly to adjust bids, improve quality score, improve CTR and increase conversion rate
• Plan and monitor digital marketing budget
• To provide improvement suggestions and monitor day-to-day performance of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and all online marketing platforms (email, website, app) and google etc
• Maintain a consistent user experience on various online touch points, to increase online store traffic, drive purchases, overall conversion rates and values
• Plan & execute online advertising and retargeting via Facebook & Instagram ads, Google PPC & shopping ads, banner ads and etc
• Measuring and reporting on all campaign metrics (Reach, CTR, CPM, Convertions etc) and direct report to Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, e-Commerce or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience which at least 2 years in social media, e-commerce or digital trading field is required.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, passionate in digital trend
• Strong knowledge in online marketing Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords etc.
• Experience in online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, Lazada, Shopee , etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, search engine marketing and Amazon is preferred
• Knowledge in designing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
• Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
• Detailed Oriented, proactive with a can-do attitude, open to new ideas/ feedback
